We Make Spaces That Work
Glass Partitioning Coventry
Lyntech Systems have become the glass partitioning experts within Coventry and across the West Midlands, varying from a single office or reception space to complete office suites over several floors all in fully glazed partitions.
Fully glazed partitioning gives a clear separation of working areas but also creates visibility within an office space. Glass partitioning is contemporary in looks and it gives a smart crisp finish that immediately brings together a brighter workspace. The partitions are single glazed as standard but their performance can be improved with the use of double glazed and acoustic laminate glass where speech privacy may be an important requirement. The doors within the partitions can either be all glass or a contrast can be achieved by installing a wood veneer door from a range of options such as light oak or walnut finish.
For well over 35 years Lyntech Systems has installed commercial interiors within offices, warehouses, factory and educational buildings. As part of that work package, Lyntech has installed office partitioning within many locations in Coventry such as The University of Warwick, Prologis Park, Seven Stars Industrial Estate, Binley Industrial Estate and numerous schools throughout the Warwickshire area.
Bespoke Glass Partitioning
Glass partitioning has, without doubt, become very popular in recent times, primarily because it just looks so good and fresh when compared to many of the traditional finishes. Lyntech Systems can create a bespoke glass partitioning design to help create greater visibility whilst looking great.
A Design To Fit Your Business
The imaginative use of graphics on the glass panels can make a major impact in areas where a design led environment is needed. The graphics can be from an extensive range of standard geometrics or bespoke designs which can incorporate company logos, mission statements, or maybe a skyline such as Coventry Cathedral or Warwick castle, for example.
Some Of Our Recent Work
Office refurbishment is definitely enhanced by the use of glass partitioning whether for smaller feature areas such as meeting rooms or individual offices within an open-plan space. The use of glass as a front elevation along with a suite of offices with solid walls between gives an immediate private space but also allows visibility within the working area.
Glass partitioning can also include double glazed modules with integral Venetian blinds. This allows privacy, if required, by rotating the Venetian blinds to a closed position if required. The aluminium framework of the partition can be powder coated light grey or white as standard but the inspired use of colours such as black or a more vibrant colour can make the glass partitioning a major feature for relatively little cost. What type of glass is used in glass partitioning?
Generally clear toughened glass 10mm thick or 12mm thick, depending on the height of the partition. Other thicknesses may be required where the partition is above 3m height. This makes it a great option for glass office partitions as it is a cost-effective method to divide office environments.
Can glass partitioning be double glazed?
Double glazed can be installed where an improved level of speech privacy may be required. The use of acoustic laminate glass can also assist but we do recommend discussing any performance requirements that might be required.
Can glass partitioning also provide a degree of privacy?
This can be achieved by applying a frosted manifestation film to the glass or by the use of a more design-led bespoke look if required. The use of a manifestation film can offer more privacy and also allow a more creative finish to the glass panels.
Are sliding glass doors available?
Sliding glass doors can be accommodated within a glass partition, especially where space might be limited.
Is glass partitioning becoming more popular?
Definitely, it provides a contemporary clean line finish which is very much on-trend within commercial office designs and it also gives daylight the opportunity to spread through the working space.
